Mother’s Day at Firenze….
This year we are offering a Mother’s Day Menu with an extra treat for Mums – a chilled glass of Champagne! Our menu is running from 12noon on Sunday 18th March and is running alongside our full a la carte menu.

To start
> Seared Asparagus Spears with Hollandaise Sauce (v)
> Smoked Gravalax of Salmon on homemade blini
> Wild Mushroom and Artichoke Soup finished with black truffle (v)
> Pan-fried Quail with parmesan polenta and crisp quail egg, finished with white truffle oil and parmesan shavings
To follow
> Pan-roasted Chicken Breast with Pancetta served on a herbed potato cake with a mushroom, tarragon and white wine sauce
> Home Made Sun Blushed Tomato Tagliatelle with black olives, sweet red onion and goats cheese, finished with a walnut dressing (v)
> Lime and Ginger Marinated Red Mullet served with basil gnocchi and baby clams in white wine and garlic
> Pan-fried Rump Steak with melting dolcelatte cheese and traditional garnish add hand-cut chips for £2.75

> Amaretto Chocolate Torte with vanilla ice-cream
> Sweet Apple and Mango Ravioli with fruit compote
> Neapolitan Baba with crushed amaretti biscuits and amaretto cream
> Giant Orange Cream Filled Choux Pastry topped with chocolate orange sauce and fresh mandarin
